What is a wax seal stamp?

What can I use a custom wax seal stamp for?

Custom stamps can add a personal finishing touch to letters, wedding invitations, gifts, certificates, and branded packaging. The right design and size depend on your project, the available surface, and the impression you want to create.

What sizes are available?

Are wax seal stamps reusable?

Yes. Allow the metal head to cool when needed, clean away any wax residue gently, and store the stamp in a dry place. Avoid abrasive materials or sharp scraping tools that could damage the engraving.

What is included with my order?

The selected product page shows the available options and what is included. Please review the listing before checkout. Sealing wax, melting tools, or other accessories should not be assumed to be included unless expressly stated.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single custom stamp. Choose the quantity available on your selected product page and review the price and order total at checkout.

Prepare your file and confirm the details before production.

What file format should I use for my artwork?

Editable vector artwork is preferred for detailed logos and illustrations. Clear, high-resolution raster images may also be suitable for review or preparation. Can I use a PNG, JPG, photograph, or AI-generated design?

You may submit artwork that you have the right to use. Clean raster images can be useful, but photographs and AI-generated designs may need simplification into suitable lines and solid shapes. Gradients and photographic shading cannot be reproduced in wax in the same way as a printed image.

How small can text or fine lines be?

There is no single measurement that guarantees every design will engrave successfully. Legibility depends on the font, spacing, artwork, stamp size, and production process. If your design contains delicate details, review the artwork requirements or contact our team before production.

Do I need an artwork template, and should I mirror my design?

Templates are helpful when preparing your own artwork in Illustrator, but are not always required when using online personalization. Download the matching size from our artwork template section. Prepare your design in its normal, readable orientation; do not mirror or invert it unless the supplied template or our team instructs you to do so.

Will I receive a design proof before production?

Manual design proofs are not provided by default. If you would like to review one, please request it before production begins. Additional clarification or approval may extend the production timeline.

Can I correct a spelling mistake or change my artwork after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins, but cannot normally be made once engraving or production has started. Check your initials, names, dates, size, and uploaded artwork carefully before submitting your order.

Production & Shipping

Understand the estimated timeline from personalization to delivery.

How long does it take to make a custom wax seal stamp?

Standard production and handling usually take 3–5 business days. Complex artwork, clarification requests, or a requested proof may add time. Production begins after the necessary order details are confirmed.

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard transit is estimated at 8–12 business days. Combined with production, the usual total is approximately 11–17 business days. Actual delivery may vary by destination, customs, carrier operations, and other circumstances. Read our Shipping Policy for the full details.

Is shipping free, and do you offer express delivery?

We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement. Express shipping is not currently available. Please allow sufficient time for date-sensitive projects, particularly weddings and events.

Where are AURENSTAMP products made and shipped from?

AURENSTAMP is operated by CYANPEAK HK TRADING CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. Our custom stamps are manufactured and fulfilled from mainland China.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is provided when available from the shipping carrier. If you need help locating your order or have not received tracking details, please contact our support team with your order number.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your destination and shipping arrangement. If they are not collected at checkout or expressly included, they may be your responsibility, subject to applicable law. Review the Shipping Policy and checkout information for details.

Answers about cancellations, order problems, refunds, and getting in touch.

Can I cancel my custom stamp order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is generally possible before production begins. Once engraving or production has started, cancellation is normally no longer available because the item is being made specifically for you. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Can I return or exchange a personalized wax seal stamp?

Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order. Please review our Refund & Return Policy.

What if my stamp arrives damaged or with the wrong engraving?

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where helpful. We recommend reporting problems within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly. This recommendation does not limit any mandatory legal rights.

Can I return a non-custom ready-made product?

Eligible non-custom ready-made products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please read the Return Policy before sending an item back.

How are approved refunds processed?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed.
