Photos and AI-generated designs may need to be simplified into suitable line artwork or solid shapes. If your uploader does not accept a particular format, contact us for instructions.

Download the ZIP, extract the Illustrator file, and keep the original template layers and instructions intact. Templates are helpful but not always required when using online personalization.

Can I use a PNG or JPG instead of vector artwork?
A clear, high-resolution image may be suitable for review or preparation. Blurry or low-resolution artwork may require redrawing. Use a format supported by the product uploader or contact us for assistance.
Can I use a photograph or AI-generated design?
Photographs and AI-generated artwork may need to be simplified into suitable line artwork or solid shapes. Gradients and photographic shading cannot be reproduced in the same way as a printed image. Submit artwork that you have the right to use.
Should I mirror my artwork before submitting it?
No, unless the supplied template or our team specifically instructs you to do so. Prepare the design in its intended readable orientation.
How small can text or fine lines be?

Do I need to use an artwork template?
Not always. Templates are helpful when preparing your own artwork in Illustrator, but you can also use the customization options available on the product page. Download the matching file from the template section above.
Will I receive a design proof before production?
