Is my logo suitable for a wax seal stamp?

Most logos can be turned into a wax seal stamp, but designs with very fine lines, tiny text, gradients, or highly detailed elements may need some adjustment for a clearer impression. We review your artwork before production and will contact you if we notice anything that may affect the result.

What type of logo file should I upload?

A clear, high-resolution file works best. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF is ideal, but high-quality PNG or JPG files can also work well.

For the cleanest result, upload the original logo file whenever possible rather than a screenshot or low-resolution image.

What stamp size should I choose for my logo?

The best size depends on how detailed your logo is. 25mm and 30mm work well for simpler marks, while 35mm, 40mm, and 50mm provide more space for lettering, fine lines, and detailed artwork.

If your logo contains small text or intricate elements, choosing a larger stamp size usually helps preserve clarity.

Will the final stamp look exactly like the online preview?

The preview is designed to help you visualize your layout, but it may not reproduce every detail perfectly, especially when background removal is involved.

Your stamp is produced from the original artwork you upload, not from the preview image. We also review the artwork before production to help ensure it is suitable for engraving.

Can I change my logo after placing the order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins, but once your custom stamp has entered production, we may no longer be able to modify the artwork.
